Support government to scale-up skilling of new entrants into the labor market and up-skilling of existing workers through TVET programs.
Identify gender-based constraints needs to access and complete TVET programs and develop gender-based guidelines.
Promote private sector involvement and public-private partnerships, which is critical in bringing TVET institutions closer to meet changing labour market needs.
Enhance coordination of the currently fragmented skills development systems both within public and private TVET institutions and help develop a framework for counseling and placement strategies.
Increase public awareness about the opportunities of TVET regarding skills development, and diffuse negative perception about TVET as a dead-end option to further education.
